The rules governing participation in Yanga Super 5.

1. Introduction
These Terms govern participation in Yanga Super 5, a USSD-based football prediction and bookmaking game operated by Yanga Games in partnership with MTN Nigeria. Yanga Games is licensed by the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LSLGA). By participating, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally permitted to participate, and an eligible user of the MTN Nigeria network. Yanga may request evidence of age and identity and may refuse participation or withhold payment where eligibility or verification requirements are not satisfied.
3. The Super 5 Game
Yanga provides five football games, teams or fixtures for each play and determines the applicable prediction market. Players do not independently choose five fixtures unless a particular offering expressly allows it. Markets may include GG (Both Teams to Score), Over 1.5 Goals, goals or bookings markets, and other eligible football prediction markets presented through USSD.
4. Five-Selection Requirement
All five games must satisfy the applicable prediction for a play to qualify as a winning play, subject to the applicable settlement rules for void, cancelled, postponed or otherwise affected games. Four out of five does not qualify for a winning payout unless the applicable rules expressly provide otherwise. There is no automatic partial payout.
5. Separate Prediction Plays
Each prediction type is a separate play. Participating in a GG play does not automatically enter you into a Bookings play. A different prediction requires a new USSD session and a separate confirmed play.
6. USSD, Charge and Valid Play
Access Yanga Super 5 by dialing *205# from an eligible MTN Nigeria line. The applicable play charge is deducted from MTN airtime. A play is valid only after the process, charge, confirmation and successful system recording are complete. A final confirmation message indicates that participation was recorded.
7. Results and Settlement
Results are determined from the actual football outcomes and the settlement rules for the selected market, using the applicable official or recognised result source. Postponed, cancelled, abandoned or suspended matches are handled under the applicable settlement rules; they are not automatically wins or losses.
8. Winning Plays and Verification
Winning status is determined by Yanga's official system records and applicable settlement information. Winning plays may require age, identity, eligibility, anti-fraud and other compliance checks before payment. Yanga may request valid government-recognised identification and additional documentation.
9. Winnings
Eligible winnings are paid through the approved bank payment process after successful verification. Winnings are not paid as airtime. Processing time may vary based on verification, settlement, banking and operational requirements.
10. Responsible Participation
Only participate with amounts you can afford to lose. Playing multiple times does not guarantee a win. You are responsible for following the USSD instructions and reviewing the information shown before confirming a play.
